I have bought the flat at presidential tower in bangalore under 80/20 scheme, builder has stopped paying EMI, what to do

Hi, Its a good project. My elder brother has invested on this project. The Presidential Tower is the tallest Tower in Bangalore. They have an amazing terrace Party Deck. Beamless ceilings with very few columns. One of the best project to invest in.
Provided it could be completed in time which will never be the case with this builder. In their golden grand project also they failed miserably till date to deliver what they promised. so keep fingers crossed
