Some of the basic amenities provided by the builder in this project include Landscaped Gardens, Playground, Sports facilities of international quality, Badminton, Squash, Tennis, Basket Ball, Clubhouse, Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi, CCTV to security room for effective surveillance, Intercom facility between the flats and the security area and Panic buzzer from each flat to security room.
The project truly offers the best of everything…be it the features, price, location or the amenities near it. It is well-located with 2 schools, a well-known hospital, a few restaurants and a shopping multiplex near it. You need to go far for any of the basic amenities. You have it all within 2 to 4 kms.
