I think so rentals in Modi Splendor would be around 9,000 per month.
If you are planning to purchase a flat in Modi's splendour apartments, then you must good to go and i think you can expect Twelve Thousand from a three bedroom. And you have a best investment for future purpose and you can shift anytime whenever you want.
