Shigra Palms Royal Villa
Q: Does anyone know about the Shigra Palms Royal Villa Project in Whitefield? I got to know about the project in CommonFloor property website. Is this a genuine?

My comments to replies
They dont return money in case if you want to cancel and dont reply to mails and calls. Please be aware.
Even I have paid an advance for booking, since the marking people will force you to do so. They are mainting swiping machines to collect money, They will not let you go out and you can't come back since they have to assign a vehicle. I am still suffering because of them, Because till date they did not return my money and no point of contact, no proper office address, This is a true cheating business.

Yes, Shigra Palms Royal Villa is a genuine project located near Whitefield, Bangalore. This project is spread over 150 acres of land. Phase-1 is 16 acres projects. 3 BHK semi furnished villas size is 1200 sq-ft.(Built-up area), consists 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Its east facing freehold villas available from 20th December.
Shigra Palms is one of the worst project and Sri Shigra is a worst company, They are bastards.,
