Punjai land to residential plot conversion
Q: Dear all, I am from South Tamilnadu and I have Punjai land which is having clear road access in my village. This land is surrounded by residences and I would like to convert this as Residential plots. The size of this land is 63Cents (27442Sq ft). Also dry river is located behind the land. Could anyone please tell me the rules and regulations to convert this as Residential plots. Thank you!

Hi, we are into Leather Goods Manufacturing and Exporters,mainly Wallets & Purses situated in Chennai. We have a plan to purchase around 5 Acres of Punjai Land (Dry land) in a Village of Madhurantakam Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
