Delay in Possession of studio aparment
Q: I have booked a studio apartment and there is a delay of more than four years in possession of studio apartment. How to claim interest on delay period?

Hi Himani. Even we are investors in the studio apartments. Is there any common forum for all of us to join and send them a legal notice?
Paras is asking money for 45 sqft extra , i am not sure where they have added this space and if we multiply with the no. of flat the space is huge so where it is ? please let me know if we can file a case against them and not pay them extra instead charge them for the late delivery
