Q: I was planning to buy a property in Padur. Please let me know if it is a good idea to buy a property for end use ?

Yes, padur is one of the upcoming suburban localities of Chennai. Many new upcoming projects in Chennai which are categorized under affordable sector can be found in padur. So just in-case if you have any idea to invest on Padur, you can go ahead without any second thought!!
