Hi, I have booked a flat in 1B. The construction work has started in April 2016. I had been to site recently. The foundation work is on. I wonder whether there would be any entry to the plot from Kharghar side, as promised by the sales team at the time of booking. Anybody has any information on that?
i book in 2015 and committed 2018 last month still no more so i decided to cancelled it ,but bulder not giving refund still date n very reluctant staff answering to customer once u decided to cancelled flat booking my no is 9372054114 pl upload on face book so other people understand this issues and take proper action ,they also get agreement sign with proper reading and not allowed to see ,they just say it will be given to a zerox copy once the payment given ..very reticulous staff handling this matter like mahendra holiday telemarketing,lot of staff changes due to customer visited daily n firing on staff..i seen 6 people every timi visit to giving payment to adhiraj kharghar office landmark
