What price I can fetch by sale of our 2 BHK flat in Niho Scottish Garden?
Q: What price i can fetch by sale of our 2 BHKflat at Ground floor 1299sq. ft. LOW RISE BLDG. Jasmine block, Niho Scottish Garden, Indirapuram. Flat has additional 244 sq. ft. open space as courtyard. flat is registered. it has modular kitchen, fans, geyser, RO, almirahs. Niho does not have a functional club with pool but is properly guarded , LIFT,power backup, 24 hrs. water etc. Actually, the prices at NIHO are not at all increasing since we bought the flat in 2009. Hence willing to dispose it off and invest somewhere else.
