Before you decide which villa you are going to buy please ask yourself these questions.
1. is this going to cost you a significant part of your earnings?
2. Can you afford to spend a lot on the house only to have to spend a lot more time and money on repairs?
3. If there was an affordable, independent service that could ensure the quality of your purchase would you go for it.

Hi with a boom in constructions in Kadamba Plateau it looks like the place to be, But now that you have decided to buy a house please consider the following questions.

Hi , I would like to buy an appartment in Goa, my budgest is 25 lakhs, the primary reason is for winter stay only for my mother and her sister, both are senior citizens, can anyone please advice what areas should I look for which are well connected and safe, I am thinking Panjim but I am not sure if I can get something there in this budget.

In your budget I see that there is no room for you to make a mistake in this decision, Might I suggest that you hunt deep and as an extra precaution opt for a Home inspection before moving in as there will be senior citizens in the house and you would not want them to have problems with the houseHi Sameer,
