Q: Has anyone heard about this project? What is the price going on, status of the project and approval details?

Soundarya Paradise is an ongoing project by Soundarya Constructions. The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 5250. The project has been approved by BBMP and banks like HDFC, LIC, Canara, SBI
@Nadeem: Expected Possession date should be by this year end. It a A Khata land and documents are perfect. currently its running at 4500 per sq.ft. I have purchased a falt so gave you these info.
