Manjooran scarlet appartment
Q: I am planning to buy an 2bhk apartment in manjooran scarlet in kakkanad. I read some reviews in online that the Manjooran builders are bankrupt. But i was contacted by the NANMA builders saying they have taken over the apartment from manjooran they are onluy sending the apartment. Is it true ?

HI Anoop, Done buy a property from here. Its been 8 months I bought this and I didnt get the occupancy certificate. They say it wil be ready in amontha nd they keep telling me this for 8 months. We cant get electricity connection until we get this. Also they promised me bore well water and KWA and borewell is not there. So dont believe anything they say.
