I do not know about water problems but I read that the residents have a lot of issues with the public transport and the quality of the building, not sure hpw true they are but if you are interested i suggest you go check the place out.
Rich people doesn't live in virar ..they live in downtown south Bombay and western suburbs part of the city...so please rectify your answer

Hi Chetana! Tell me which part of Indian City, where there is no water issues? Did you ever visit the project site and talk with the resident? If not then how can you know the reality? It may be a rumors. So, visit the locality and asked the residents of this building. I didn't get any such news on it.
Andheri is one place where there is little almost negligible or no water issues...so I don't agree with nyati
