May i know how to validate a new builder and the authenticity of the property ?
Q: Frontier living, Greenfiled developer seemed to be a new developer and i do not know if it would be wise to go ahead with this property... may i know what do i need to checked to authenticate and validate a new project from a new project developer.

The customer relationship manager assigned to look after my account was a nice person not just during the sale but even after that till the possession of the property.
