May i know how to validate a new builder and the authenticity of the property ?
Q: Frontier living, Greenfiled developer seemed to be a new developer and i do not know if it would be wise to go ahead with this property... may i know what do i need to checked to authenticate and validate a new project from a new project developer.

This developer is actually not new. They have been into this real estate construction from the past 15 years or so. They are experienced and trustworthy.This developer is actually not new.
