I am losing lot of money in Palacia. Construction has been stopped long ago. If Parsvnath is not starting that project, it should provide my money back with interest. Can we initiate any legal action against the builder?

Hi, Dubey ji,just had a word with the sales executive, they said that the project is almost 35 % done, like they are done with 3 rd floor and they are expecting to complete it by 2016. Did you invest in this project??
All rubbish... Parsvnath sales guys are just bunch of monkeys trying to get as much as money from us and then make a runner... Parsvnath Palacia stands exactly where it was in 2013-2014 no construction taken place.. but they have take our money..

I am looking for a 3 BK flat in Parsvnath Palacia, Sector-Pi 1 & 2, Greater Noida? Is there any offer going on? When is the project possession date? Are all approvals are in place? Which local body and financial institutions have approved it?
Dont bother... its a scam.
We booked long back in 2014... nothing has been BUILT.. all bunch of monkeys just taking ppl money and running with it...
Anyone else stuck with them please let me know.. we need to form a big group and get them to pay back or build the damn thing as promised.

Why do you think Parsvnath Developers are the best? Any specific reason behind that except their vast experience in the industry? Are they doing any projects in main Delhi not NCR?
Only a fool would believe that.. Parsvnath are not best at all.. they are at best.. crooks!!
Parsvnath Palacia in Greater Noida .. prime example.. started way back in 2007.. still not built..

Getting a trustable builder for buying new property is not less than a blessing. One year ago, I booked an apartment with Parsvnath developers and then I heard some news about Parsvnath complaints. I was worried, then I talked with their some old customers and they ensure me to do not trust on the online complaints as they are fake. Now, I am living in my beautiful new apartment developed by Parsvnath developers.
Wish they build Parsvnath Palacia too at the same time.. but seems they just taken money and made a runner... like any crook of a builder in INDIA..
