Are the builder Venkat and Vamshi absconding?
Q: They sent me refund cheques which bounced and it seems they have changed their names and are in hiding. Does Anyone know if they can be found anywhere?

They are hiding, They had abandoned Samskruti Hoysala project half way and we owners are fighting this in Consumer court. Hello Peeyush, Did you talk to the builder or their sales executive for possession of your flat? Samskruti Hoysala, Sarjapur Road is a ready-to-move-in apartment and owners of this projects are getting their flat possession. You should talk with the builder directly and ask for the possession of your flat. I am sure, you will get your flat possession.
Voice of Samskruti Hoysala Residents will tell you with picture as to the actual state. The case is in consumer court now.
