Drainage tax not paid by previous house owner
Q: Recently I bought one home in madurai and I forgot to ask about Drainage and water tax bills. When I try to change the name in house tax receipt they asked about pending 30k ruppees for drainage. Can we take any legal action to previous house owner regarding this ?
