Hi, I have a very bad experience of this project. The committed possession is delayed by more than 2 years & nobody gives any firm communication on it. Everytime they keep postponing by 3 months. We booked a flat in August 2016 and possession will be almost by June 2021. They showcase more amenities than actual like river beautification, longer skywalk. Gym, swimming pool etc are chargeable. Also please confirm the finance terms before booking else they change it later on without intimation. So I feel not a really worthy choice.
