Q: Hi ..i heard that the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation is planning to collect property tax from slum-dwellers in the city..Is it true..??

On Property Tax Receipt Showing Owner Name As A Mr. Ramesh Pawar NPO Mr. Nitin Ramesh Pawar . I want to know who is Owner ? Ramesh Pawar or Nitin Ramesh Pawar ? whats is a meaning of NPO ?
