Hello, I own land in sembedu village, Anja nagar. I visited the land after nearly 10 years of purchase on 22 Aug 2021, there hasnt been any value appreciation in 10 years, it still sells for purchase price as on 2010. Also, the road leading to this layout is near to 5km from main road and narrow. Its not a much happening place to be honest. It will remain the same for the next 15 to 20 years in my opinion.
