Hi - I found your profile on an answer on CIDCO NOC - you mentioned agents, do you know any agent?
Q: Applying for a loan here with flat as collateral and we require an NOC from CIDCO - do any such agents (who can do this work) have a presence online (name, number, website or phone number) so i can contact them? Also, how long does it take for CIDCO to issue the NOC?

Good Morning Ankita!!! As per my knowledge you will be required to get this done on your own. In case you are purchasing resale property you will be required to do 1. Cidco transfer procedure (Requires Builder/Soceity NOC, Copy of Sale Agreement between you and seller) 2. Mortage NOC (Requires CIDCO transfer completed, Mortgage Letter from Bank, Affidaviate saying you do not have any other loans for the said property) If you will visit CBD Belapur office you will find many agents doing it for fees & if you want to do it on your own visit Cidco office on working day after 1or 2pm (visitors allowed timing) & visit the information counter there. As i have done it myself.
