Planning to buy a site
Q: I am planning to buy a site in Grandhill. I see that, all the sites are vacant as if today. SO could you please let me know whether anybody is planning to construct the house to stay.

Latest Answer: Now Aishwarya Grand Hill Phase 3 is out for sale. It is in Survey No. 13, 01 Acre 07 Gunta, Mandur village. The marketing person is Sudakar. He has given copies of Sale Deed, Conversion order copy and EC. However he is dodging when asked for copies of Upto date tax paid receipt and Khata. He insists me to pay money first. Remaining documents will be provided later. He aslo assures that LIC loan will be arranged. Anybody please advice if you have any more information.
