wanted to know your experience with Builders
Q: Dear Occeanus Monarda owners, As I am looking to book flat in new project vista which will be coming behind Monarda. Hence I would like to know your experiences with the builder during your transactions. I would like to list down what I am looking for. 1. Was the project completed by promised time? 2.Did they maintain quality in construction? 3. Did they keep thier promises? 4. Are you a happy customer or not ? Your inputs are really appreciated. Hi Venkat They are not better than any other builder. Project was delayed and almost after one year the amenities were provided. They converted a 3 BR house as a club house and Gym. Every amenities were degradedagainst what was promised. Still we are following up with the builder for many issues.Hi Venkat They are not better than any other builder.
