Q: I have visited to day at Premier Exotica site office. The Rate quoted was 6851/ psf. in which agreement will be done for 5500/ psf. balance is black and is to be paid before agreement. Should i go for it?

You may contact the builder Supertech for the same. I believe sample flat is ready at site, where you can go and have a look. 2. What is your budget and purpose i.e. whether investment or self use? If it is investment, then you may have to wait for at least 2 years after possession, however, if it for self use, then immediately after possession, which is expected by dec'12, you can shift.You may contact the builder Supertech for the same.
