Welcome to the group.
I am currently moderating this group.
I to have little idea when they are going to kick this off with Bhoomi Poojan. I had telephonic conversation with some of the members in this group. They too had no answer.
I might be visiting the office this weekend. Would keep you posted.
If there are other people in your knowledge who are owners in Divine Meadows, please ask them to join this community. This way we can all communicate with each other and keep each other posted on the developments.

Sample Flat and Site Office is 90% complete.
I came to know from one of our fellow group members that 27th December has been selected as the date for Bhoomi Poojan / inauguration of Sample Flat. However, I have not got any official invite yet for the function.

has anyone been to their site? it seems construction is proceeding at a very slow pace. Do you think they can deliver on time? i am planning to buy a 2 bhk, the location is very good. cannot decide

We were worried about the pace of construction too. We had a talk with Management there and they assured us that it is going on as per schedule. By Oct - Nov time frame, building would be upto 1st Floor level. He asked us not to compare with 3C LB as it has to deliver some flats within 12 months from now. While Divine has completion day scheduled for mid to end 2012.

Hi, I am getting a "resale" offer (rate to rate, 3bhk) from one of the owner . I am not able to visit the site but the feedback what i am getting from my relatives( owner/ CLP/DP) is construction is far behind schedule.It could be due to rainy season!! I request honest feedback regarding construction/ completion of project on time from devine meadow community.

It would be not advisable to buy based on hearsay. You need to visit the site, talk to the developers / contractors, compare the project with other alternatives and decide based on these.
In my personal opinion, pace has been sluggish though it is picking up now. The completion date is Q4 2012, so they still have time in hand.

Hi All,
Has anyone been to the site, The construction has started but its moving at a snails pace. These do not seem good signs... After one year they have just come upto 1st floor and that too for 2 towers only. I dont think they will be able to deliver even 1 year later than their commitment. I think its the need of the time that we should get together and go to their office and ask them about their plan and schedule. We have given our hard earned money and we should not risk it...
They have plans of another project adjacent to the current one but seeing the status of the current project, seems they dont have funds, or they are inexperienced that they are not putting adequate amount of labour. Look at other builders like 3C and omaxe and supertech, eldeco etc they have got 20 storey towers ready and they all started in the same time frame.
I am not trying to defame anyone but we shouldtake a step at the right time rather than regreting it later...
