Hi nirav.. guess u are really late now.. b'se according to my knowledge there are no investers....the very prominent reason is thier own policy: that we cannot sell the flat unless we get the pocession.. so even if there are investers you will only get to know once they get the pocession...If you reslly have some good budget then u can go for the E wing (1710 sq feet)the basic price is 32.. L .. there are many flats empty in that wing..
