Q: Hi friends, seems our investment in Park floor II is heading in the wrong direction, builder has not even submitted maps for approvals ; lets join hands to fight it out together ; lets hire some lawyers ; how can a builder collect money from customers without having necessary approvals?

there is a penalty cause of 25% of the total BSP price. Non agreement of BPTP Park Floor Sec 76
Q: BPTP is not able to get their document cleared from the proper authority. Hence, they are not in a possition to inked a agreement with allotee. I have paid two instalment. What should i do now?

Hi...I also have booked into BPTP Park Floor 1 and have paid 2 installments. Due to same problem my approved home loan from HDFC expired, ICICI is not approving loan for this scheme and also unable to resell the property. And on top of that now same property is being sold for 2.5 lacs less directly by BPTP. BPTP is not ready to take it back or transfer the amount for other of their properties.
