Hi Mahesh,
I booked a 2bhk at fairfield but later on found on scrutiny of the contract document that some of the plots of lands included in this project have not been registered. I asked reasons from Lodha who could not explain till now (9 months later). My advice to you, check the details of the plots of lands bought by the builder for this project to see whether the title is clear. If title is clear, what is the reason for not registering these plots of lands?

Since you are an experiend person, I want you to closly investigate before buying why some of the plots of land included under the project (list included in the contract document) have not been registered by the builder? I booked a flat and realised this fact later. I am unclear about the reasons. if you know, please let me know.

Hi Shashank,
Did u check the contract which builder asked u to sign. I found that some of the plots of land listed have not ben registered. When I asked the builder office in writting, they failed to give any reason for failure to register plots of land of this project. Have u done any research on this? Please do let me know. Tks

Hi Meenal, Pl check the agreement for list of plots of land under this project. I found some of the plots of land are not registered. I asked the builder for reasons who failed to explain any reasons even after repeated reminders.
