This properties is getting sold in phases. Novel Eco was the name of phase 1. As per BMRDA rules, every phase should have new name and EdgeWater is name of phase 2. If you look at layout plan of NovelEcho and EdgeWater, there is no overlapping. This properties is getting sold in phases. Novel Eco was the name of phase 1.
