Q: Hi, I have recently buy an apartment as Re-sale in Emeralds Estate. But a little worry ab't that because the construction has not been started yet. I am trying to get an approval for home loan for the said property. But most of the bank / financial institutions saying that developer might have not yet received their maps approved, that’s why they are not providing home loan as of now. Failure of Dubai World is also a serious concern here. Does anybody have any other information? Can you please share that with the group? Also please let me know if someone has got home loan approval if yes from which institution? Thanks & Regards Vipin

Dear Vipin Your concerns are same as ours..but i guess we need to give this a little more time. HDFC has been very eager to give me the loan, though I have not taken it as yet, but you may Contact Luv at9868085930. Lets keep in touch.
