Stalled construction of CASE Univis Cielo C building. If it is due to TMC not providing the permit, what is it that the builder has violated that has compelled the TMC take such action? Is there a way to find out what is the real reason with TMC directly and also whether there is any legal way out builder can take corrective action to resolve the problem? This way we will know whether the building construction is stopped for ever or not.

I have booked flat in Tiera B. I have a doubt on completion of project by April '13. Does any one know the delay. There is no communication from Builder. The builder is very prompt in asking money but very slow in providing status.

Dearall, , we have also received similar letter from lodha on delayed possesion at Cielo C at Casa Univis thane,and also repayment at 12 %.
