Latest Answer: Anyone who has bought apartment from Scion El Dorado at HBR layout? Apartment looks to be pretty good in construction quality, but there is lot of deviation from the approved BBMP plan. And the builder is confident that it wont get occupancy certificate (OC). How safe is to invest in this project? And as per builder it will get Khata also (i dont think anyone gets 'A' khata without OC).

Latest Answer: I don't completely agree. Probably you are comparing this with huge (500+ sometimes 1000+ flats) apartment complexes by BIG names like Sobha, Brigade, Mantri etc... Most of these are built somewhere outskirts of the city at underdeveloped areas. Those areas do not have proper roads and other basic stuff. Since land rate is considerably cheaper there they could sell at those rates and make huge profits. These BIG guys are also building small apartments (50+ flats, ex: Sobha Petunia, Brigade Petunia, Sobha DewFlower) within BMP limits, you will be shocked to hear the pricing. Off course, one can not compare Scion Luxor with those prime small apartments. But, it still value for money when compared.
