Build Quality and Overall Feedback
Q: HI, I am looking to buy property in the next project from Sowparnika Builders called Sai Krishna . I am reaching out to you for feedback on your current property to get an idea of what to expect. Specifically .. 1. Build Quality and Finishing ? 2. DId the builder provide all that was promised ? 3. Was the project delivered on time ? 4. Were there any hidden costs or surprises ? Please do respond to help me decide. Thanks a lot.

hi maloy quality at this price seems to be OK if not gr8 and they have almost deliver the project on time ,yes they provided with little compromise,hidden cost was there which they told as a govt regulation as solar charges...Hope i was helpful to provide you the information with we have a active orkut group where you can get more ideas and information......
