Hi, I have been looking at this project and the construction quality looked OK. They are saying that the expected completion date is March 2010 with 2-3 months grace period for the amenities and other development work. Their 3 bedroom plan looks good with 1675 and 1545 sq.ft areas. They are quoting around 48Lakhs for 1675 sq ft flat inclusive of registration. Does this price looks ok in this area? Since this is the 1st project of this builder in bangalore, am not sure if I should go ahead or not.
