Now the 6 month grace period is also over and further 2.5 months have passed – still there is no semblance of completion or handover 2) No formal communication from Doshi on reasons for the delay. Also the site supervisor / customer executive are not giving any clear picture on the plan for house handover 3) Many of us have taken housing loans and are paying huge EMIs – so every month’s delay is costing us financially 4) Many owners have finalized children’s education in Tambaram based schools based on original handover date.
