Purchased property turning out to be a nightmare.
Q: Hi, I have purchased a property In Marg Pushpadruma. In the beginning I was very excited about the whole thing but its turning out to be a Nightmare. In spite of delaying the project for more than nine months they are now putting all unwanted charges to avoid paying the delay amount promised. What should we do?

My comments to replies
First try to talk with the builder and if he is not listening to anything then lodge a complain in Consumer court or Consumer Forum against the builder.
