Ajmera Infinity price?
Q: I am not sure but it seems there are not many residencial appartments in the area(near Ajmera Infinity). Do the builder bargain on price? Has the value appreciated in near past?

afaik, Ajmera Infinity prices have been fixed and they have never bargained, though variation has been there due to market conditions. Pre EMI Waiver
Q: Hi, I would like to know from the buyers if anybody has got EMI waiver. I have not got the same and can i still ask for the same?
