Plannig to purchase a 3 BHK in 4 th floor
Q: Hello,I enquired abt the 4th floor pent house and the builder says the cost will be around 72 Lakhs for 1790 Sqft.Is this really worth the cost ?Please guide me.

The cost is too high. As the project is completed, they raised it to this level I believe. But try to negotiate it for 65 laks nett iclusie of car park, registration, service tax, eb, etc., Certainly 72L is way too high for the project and the facilities here...The cost is too high.
