See Sachin, it depends on so many factors. Critically if you see there is no place in Mumbai which doesn't get flooded after few hrs of rains be it bandra, colaba or anywhere.See Sachin, it depends on so many factors. Ya....but you know it all happens in real state market. See other bldrs they also practice the same. Poor customers like us are forced to pay all this. If they start taking in white....addl burden of taxes etc will also come to us only.
