Q: I am buying a flat in Ankur Vihar. Please let me know how house tax will be levied on the flat in the area and where to apply for the same.moreover how is water & electricity situation in the area and how to get connections for the same.

home loan availability
Q: I am planning to buy a flat in ankur vihar. Please let me know that which bank/institution if sanctioning home loan for a LIG Flat.

Please check the documents of property properly before going to any bank as the bank denies loan only on the ground that structure is not as per sanctioned plan.
