Q: I would like to buy in confident phoenix. Anybody who already purchased and have any feedback to share?

Location is the big advantage for Confident Phoenix. Site is between HM Symphony and SJR Verity. They have come up with good plan. You might need to check whether any flats are available. With respect to confident group, they say that they manage their money with their own business. Also, you can see all the confident project progress in their website. Feedback pls
Q: During launch(2009) it has been mentioned Confident Phoenix will have 9 floors in 3 blocks. Now it is 11 with 5 blocks. Any reason behind it? Also I am keen on kid's playarea, but dont see it in Siteplan. Has anyone checked it with the builder? Those who have booked a flat already, please provide your feedback. Thanks, Muthuvel

Earlier plan with 7 floor in 3 blocks was not good. There were lot of Ventilation issues. Now new plan was better. Confident group is planning for a club house. overall open place is less, do not expect for good Kid's play area. You have only location advantage.Earlier plan with 7 floor in 3 blocks was not good. Q: Anybody has booked the flat at Confident Phoenix. Is it Approved by BBMP?

Yes, project is approved. Also, SBI, SBT, Axis and ICICI has approved for Home loan.Yes, project is approved. Also, SBI, SBT, Axis and ICICI has approved for Home loan.
