Planning to book a flat in Raja Aristos.
Q: Hi, I am planning to visit Raja Aristos and looking forward to book 1375(2bhk), the builder is quoting 3500 per sq.ft. Let me know if anybody who has bought had bargained for?

Q: Can someone give me inputs on the Raja Aristos project. On what is the last price and how the builder is?

My Experience has been so far so good. Everything has been smooth sailing. Most big banks are financing this project (except HDFC). About a month back i got a mailer that they were about to start finishing work in Ascot Block from 7th Floor onwards. It appears to be their flagship project and they want to cash in on this project credentials for their new project Woods Park ( As suggested by the launch price of Woods Park) Their earlier project (Raja Sannidhi) was a low budget housing project, So it will not be a fair comparison. A request to everyone posting here to get fair price of this project....Please post the quote you got from the builder. (As fair price is only an estimate, Investors will like to see prices going up whereas the buyers will try to buy at the lowest price possible.) Last buyers price can give a fair idea of the running price for this project. Need feedback on the builder of Raja Aristos.
Q: I am thinking of buying a flat in Raja Aristos. Is there anything that I need to be aware about? Any idea on the best per square foot pricing in this area? Also any idea if the builder has paid the betterment fees? Thanks.

Hi Rahul, Recently i booked the flat in Raja Aristos, As per my understanding, they are one of the upcoming builder in bangalore and price is reasonably good when comparing with other builder in the near by location. If you have any query you can reach me through my mobile Thanks Manikandan
As per Sales GM of this project, Raja Aristos was relaunched in 2010 after first round disaster during the economic downturn. I personally know one person who had got his payment back when the project was relaunched with changed specification. Since then the project has shown reasonable progress (Ascot, Dunmore and Brunton are going at decent pace)
