Hi, we are planning to buy a flat in alliance pallavaram.uds for 1365 sqft flat is mentioned as 19% and car parking area not included.total land is 8.3 acre n 1215 flats.why us is very less?.anything wrong with this us percent.let me knowing if any idea about this.thanks in advance.
Please don't buy flats from Alliance Group. In my experience, Alliance is No 1 fraud builders in Chennai.
