Sure Ambi, This is anand, who has also booked flat in floraville. To begin with when I visited site last time on 6th Aug, some digging work was going on.. After that delhi and NCR has faced very heavy rain, which must have caused delay in progress. I will update you once I visit again there. Can not we (Paramount Floraville Flat Owners) meet somewhere to share our concerns
Q: The idea to meet owners each other at a common place, is to share (bad & good) concerns amongst ourselves. This will also help us to get our things done as perfect as possible (by the bulider). Our gathering would aware the builder that he has to do good things for us if he wishes to earn brand name & goodwill and for any corrupt/greedy practice, he may be ruined(although we have complete belief in our builder - I believe they are prudent men). Our gathering/ society would also check the quality and completion time of construction. Everyone would be in benefit and remain in peace if we once gather.
