Q: Does anybody knw when will the possession of towers 7,8 and9 will be given?

Latest Answer: Not sure, they have been saying September but you know how much they delay beyond what is promised

Escalation Charges
Q: C.Park ii Builders are planning to charge Rs. 400 per square foot as the construction cost escalation charges , which is totally illegal as they have delayed the project by over 2 years. Any owners wishing to go to court may contact me. There is a recent case in which a court has given damages to owners of apartments for delay in construction of an Ansals project in Gurgaon.

Latest Answer: Yes, i would like to go court for delay in possession and additional escalation charges they are putting.
