Q: I want to check abt ISHA YARA project. I heard the road inside the gate is going to be public access. Just want to know it was communicated while booking the flat over there. Please response if anyone has booked flat in ISHA YARA project. thanks.

Hi, This is not gated community and I also checked with builder and confirmed same from them. I asked to repay the booking amount but they are threatening and not paying advance back.
