Q: A listing for sale on this site says, that the BDA approval has been received. Is that true? What is the construction state of this property?

Tirumala Enclave is one of the residential developments in Varthur neighborhood of Bangalore. It is among the Ongoing Projects of Tirumala Construction. The project comprises of around 40 housing units.
But have they got the BDA approval? any idea?

Hi Arul, I too have checked that listing which is posted by the owner of that flat. But I am not sure whether they have really got the approval.. are you planning to buy flat there?
Am looking at it as an option to buy, but not without bank loan. So need to know if its approved.
