Q: can any one tell us that whats the status of 34 bldg..

2 months back I had heard that they could not get approval for the buildings falling under BMC and Bldg. no. 34 was one of them. There are also some changes in the lay out in the official site of DB Realty in comparison to the original plans shown to us at the time of booking.However when I spoke to them on phone yesterday they assured me that these bldgs. are very much in the project.2 months back I had heard that they could not get approval for the buildings falling under BMC and Bldg. no. 34 was one of them. Q: Dear All Owners, we just booked a flat with Orchid Ozone Jan & soon got the news of SCAM etc.... any issues with our property ? kindly let ud know

Hi Bindya, Welcome to the orchid ozone. No real need to panic, as almost all the flats are booked and the developer no longer needs to look for external finance. Q: I heard that the Builder has recently raised rate i.e. Rs.7540/- Per Sq. FT. Is it true?

It is true. They have raised the rates after Gudipadva. It is true. They have raised the rates after Gudipadva.
