Sairung developers is asking to pay heavy maintenance to keep one security at their sites where they have sold land plots to customers. Please be aware on this.

I have been associated with sairung from last 1 year when I had booked plot in Wagholi.
I agree that they are little bit weak in their service, But I had brought the plot also get good return on investment

I purchased 2 plots in sairung new project which is in Kamshet known as white capital - i liked their service and the flow they take care of customers - initially i was quite doubtful to invest in sairung - i've seen lot of negative comments on common floor but i knew one of my friend who has already invested in sairung without doubts.Till date i haven't faced any problem and hope i wont in the future. else the process is good and with good returns ..

In My opinian lots of things of saiung are not clear but with continues approach of them. They also provide help
i also brought a plot in wagholi but after 4 months due to my peasonal reason i was resale the plot with good ROI

I recently bought a Na plot in Wagholi with sairung. It was my first time buying a plot and I met their sales executive.
